In order to apply for an advance, fill out the application at the bottom of the page and we will be in touch shortly. In order to qualify for a cash advance, probate must be started, i.e., petition for probate needs to be filed.

We will call to discuss your probate case. We will determine how much of an advance you are requesting and ask some basic questions needed for underwriting to get started. Please be prepared to provide the probate case number.
Underwriting Approval And Funding
Underwriting usually completes their review within 24 hours, and same-day responses are common. If everything looks good, we will email you a pricing chart for your approval, followed by documents to be e-signed. All that’s left is for us to send the probate cash to your account!
